Today is International Overdose Awareness Day and the Schoharie County Addiction Prevention Coalition is holding a vigil at the Cableskill Fairgrounds at 7:00 p.m. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. with informational resources available including training on the anti-overdose drug Narcan. In 2022 there’s been nearly 2 dozen overdoses in the county and 5 deaths.
