City of Oneonta crews are conducting ditch work on Herkimer St. until 5:00 p.m. The road will be reduced to one lane of traffic. Officials ask drivers to use caution and obey flaggers and all temporary traffic control devices. Contact the Department of Public Service if you have questions.
