The Oneonta Recreation Department announced last Thursday’s canceled concert at Neahwa Park is rescheduled for Thursday, August 25th at 7:00 p.m. The concert featuring the group ‘Off the Record’ was postponed due to a high heat index forecast and the possibility of evening thunderstorms.
