100 immigrants from 39 different countries took an oath of U.S. citizenship at the New York State Fair on Friday. Secretary of State Robert Rodriguez handed out certificates at the Special Naturalization Ceremony. He says it is exciting and rewarding helping those who left their countries to come to the Sstates.
