Schoharie County has a new Agriculture Development specialist. According to the Cobleskill Times-Journal he’s Nick Kossmann and he succeeds Alicia Terry who is now mayor of Gilboa. Kossmann earned a BS in Ag Business from SUNY Cobleskill, where he also taught as an adjunct faculty member.
