New York’s Attorney General Letitia James is appealing a recent court decision that COVID-19 isolation and quarantine procedures are unconstitutional. It is the resukt of a lawsuit brought by nonprofit Uniting NYS and 3 state lawmakers. The court determined the procedures overstep the separation of powers.
