An accident investigation n the Town of Franklin turns into a drug bust and a stolen vehicle arrest. Police say it happened on County Route 21 and the car contained a quantity of drugs, drug paraphernalia, a loaded firearm and cash. On of the car’s 3 occupants was charged and the other 2 are on the run.
