The Schoharie County Court and Trust gets a positive audit review by State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s office.
Auditors found the treasurer established adequate procedures, maintained appropriate records, and properly reported court and trust funds as prescribed by statute. Records maintained by the county clerk and Surrogate’s Court had no material discrepancies.
