A 450,000-square-foot warehouse could be coming to Schoharie. According to the Times-Journal a Schenectady-based developer recently brought the proposed warehouse plans to the Planning Board. It would be located on land the developer owns off I-88 and Route 30. It could house up to 3 distribution centers plus office space.
