The Norwich Home Beautification Contest committee has announced an additional winner for the 2021 contest. According to the Evening Sun Bryan and Whitney McCracken were recently named co-winners of the Rental Property category after their multi-family entry was mistakenly marked as a residential contender. Entries are open for the 2022 competition.
