A town of Maryland teenager faces 2 felony charges for sexually assaulting another juvenile. According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s office the 16-year old was charged after an investigation into reports of forcible sexual acts. The teen was arraigned on Wednesday and the case was transferred to Otsego County Family Court.
