A grand jury will decide on charges in the fatal stabbing of an Oneonta man. Police arrested 2 brothers in the death of Kaleb O’Neill last month. The 2 men appeared in court on Wednesday and prosecutors moved to convene the grand jury. If convicted the brothers could be in jail for life.
