Last Friday Delaware County Sheriff Craig DuMond joined Chief Frank Milazzo of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection Police for a patrol of the county in the department’s newest helicopter . The department has two helicopter units that provide a resource to partner law enforcement agencies.
