A City of Oneonta contractor is conducting bridge repair work today at the intersection of Center Street and East Street. Slow traffic and potential delays should be expected. Sidewalk construction takes place today through Wednesday on West St. between Chestnut Street and Franklin Street resulting in limited pedestrian access.
