An Afton grain manufacturer is fined over $200,000 by the the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for allowing an untrained employee to enter a grain bin so a feed buildup that clogged a silo entry point could be cleared. The investigation at McDowell and Walker determined the employee could have been seriously injured.
