The Elm Park United Methodist Church in Oneonta is holding a prayer vigil today at 5:00 p.m. to honor the victim’s of Saturday’s mass shooting in Buffalo. According to All Otsego the event will also be live streamed at the church’s Facebook page. Officials say attendees should wear masks.
