Oneonta’s Memorial Day Parade is Monday at 1-:00 a.m. According to All Otsego he parade lines up at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Foothills Performing Arts Center. The parade will process down Main Street and continue to Neahwa Park, where a commemorative ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m.
