Governor Kathy Hochul signs several executive orders to combat domestic terrorism following Saturday’s mass shooting in Buffalo. One establishes a unit to track domestic violent extremism through social media while another requires State Police to file an Extreme Risk Protection Order of they believe an individual is a threat to themselves or others.
