Chestnut St. in Oneonta was shut down Friday morning near Fonda Ave. due to a motor vehicle accident. Oneonta Police, Oneonta Fire and the Department of Public Works all responded. NYSEG was called in to replace a utility pole. The road reopened more than 6 hours later.
