State Police apprehend a third suspect in a January Richmondville homicide. Troopers say the 18-year-old from Schnectady turned himself in last week. He is charged with 2nd degree murder, 1st degree robbery & 2nd degree criminal possession of a weapon. The man was booked into jail without bond.
