The Otsego County Health Department reports the COVID-19 Community Level for transmission is increased to medium from low. There were 26 new cases last Thursday with a 9.3% 7 day positivity rate. 2 people are hospitalized and no new deaths were reported. There’s been 16 COVID-19 related deaths this year.
