The City of Oneonta’s Arbor Day celebration is Friday at
Valleyview Elementary School. The tree planting will take place at 2:30 pm. Oneonta has been recognized as a Tree City USA Community for the 35th year. There are only 16 municipalities in the state that have been in the program longer.
