The Otsego County Conservation Association’s annual Earth Festival that was to take place Apr. 22 though Apr. 24 is cancelled and will be replaced with a new event in July at Neahwa Park. It’s being arranged by the newly-created Susquehanna Headwaters Environmental Collaborative.
