The majority of New Yorkers surveyed by Siena College are not happy that the state is spending $650 million to help build a new Buffalo Bills stadium. That allocation was made in the recently-passed state budget. Gov. Kathy Hochul continues to lead Democratic challengers for the 2022 gubernatorial nomination.
