The deadline is approaching to apply for the City of Oneonta’s latest round of microenterprise grants. .Eligible businesses must have 5 or fewer employees and owners, and create jobs for persons meeting low-to-moderate income limits. Applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28.
