State Police charge a Springfield man with multiple felonies for possessing so-called “ghost guns” – weapons made from parts that have no serial numbers. Troppers responded to a domestic dispute call on Sunday and that’s when the weapons were found. He’s held on $20,000 cash bail or $45,000 bond.
