19th District Congressman Antonio Delgado visited the SUNY Delhi campus last week and met with campus leaders, students, and members of the School of Applied Technologies. Delgado spoke about opportunities to learn and practice the fundamentals of skilled trades in hands-on, industry-specific courses.
