The City of Oneonta is repairing a section of storm sewer pipe on Richmond Ave today. Richmond Ave will be closed from Chestnut St to Bronk St. Work is to wrap up by 3:30 p.m. Officials saty to use caution and obey all temporary traffic control devices.
