Otsego County Law Enforcement agencies are participating in the Statewide STOP-DWI “High Visibility Engagement Campaign” for St. Patrick’s Day. Expect to see extra patrols and checkpoints to catch those who are intoxicated behind the wheel. Police encourage you to download the “Have A Plan” app before going out.
