19th District Congressman Antonio Delgado visited Clark Farms in Delhi this week and met with 5th-generation farmer Kyle Clark along with other agricultural stakeholders. The Democrat is calling on New York City to stop the proposed ban on flavored milk in schools and preserve both flavored and unflavored milk options.
