The Village of Cooperstown shows its solidarity with Ukraine by raising that country’s flag over the entrance of Village Hall. According to All Otsego the Board of Trustees approved the flag display and it was raised last Friday by a woman whose brother-in-law serves in the Ukrainian reserves.
