The Village of Cobleskill receives over $2 million in short-term, interest-free financing and a $747,250 grant for wastewater treatment plant and collection system improvements. The money comes from the state’s Clean Water Project Fund and the Cobelskill project is one of 19 statewide to receeive funding.
