The Chenango Blues Festival is back this year. It’s set fo Aug. 19 and 20 at the Chenango County Fairgrounds in Norwich. Organizers say the headliner is blues legend Jimmie Vaughan with the remainder of the lineup to be determined. Go to chenangobluesfest.org for details.
