The Cooperstown Arts Association opens its new exhibit entitled “An Artistic Discovery” this Friday It features artwork submitted by Otsego County high school students and organizers say 6 pieces will receive receive Awards of Merit and the art will be entered in the Congressional Art Competition to represent the 19th District.
