The Otsego County Office for the Aging is distributing free N95 masks and at-home COVID tests for area seniors. They are next Thursday at the Oneonta Boys and Girls Club and next Friday at the Clark Sports Center in Cooperstown. Hours each day are 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
