New York makes $64 million in federal funding available to help struggling residents with children and those in multi-generational households along with survivors of domestic violence amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. It provides one-time payments to help with the cost of diapers, cover food expenses and provide housing and relocation assistance.
