State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s office cited the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego Board of Cooperative Educational Services for failing to follow purchasing policies & procedures. It affected closed to $50,000 in goods and $250,000 in services. BOCES officials agreed with DiNapoli’s recommendations and indicated they will take corrective action.
