The suspect in a Smithville fatal shooting takes a plea deal. According to the Evening Sun Cory D. Voleman pleaded guildy to first-degree manslaughter for killing his then-girlfriend in 2019. The plea agreement calls for a 20-year jail sentence. Coleman was originally charged with murder.
