Schools in Delaware County and in the Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES region adopt new COVID-19 guidelines as of today. It’s called “Test-To-Stay” and allows students, teachers and staff to avoid school exclusion by testing negative through rapid or antigen testing.
