A 5-year-old from Oxford who has neoblastoma gets what she had been always asking for – her own puppy thanks to Make-A-Wish of Central New York. Teagan Christophersen’s Siberian Husky puppy named Bandit also came with a $25,000 donation from Bristol-Myers Squibb Syracuse.
