The Oneonta Common Council meets Tuesday and one item on the agenda is naming a replacement for Mark Drnek’s Ward 8 seat as he is now Mayor. The Council will vote on selecting Emily Falco as Drnek’s successor and she will complete his term which runs through the end of the year.
