The state released a list of municipalities optiong out of retail marijuana sales. In Otsego County the Towns of Otsego, Westford, Worcester and the Village of Gilbertsville opted out. 8 Chennango and 8 Delaware County municipalities opted out including Sidney, Walton, New Berlin and Sherburne.
