New fares are in effect for Oneonta Public Transit. Adults are $1.50 while seniors 62 and older are a dollar. Students in grades K through 12 are 75 cents while kids under 5 ride free. The Cooperstown route is $3.75 for adults, $2.25 for seniors and students 5 through 18.
