The Community Foundation of Otsego County receives a donation to create the Greater Otego Library and Education Fund. According to All Otsego the donation from author Dennis Fowler will be used for the Harris Memorial Library, library programs and operations and encouraging activities to educate and enhance the lives of village residents.
