Former Governor Andrew Cuomo is not being prosecuted on groping charges brought in Albany. Prosecutors say they don’t have enough evidence to convict. Charges were filed after Cuomo resigned last year. This comes after a pair of New York City prosecutors decided not to charge Cuomo in allegations made there.
