State Police and the Attorney General’s Office are investigating a Unadilla officer-involved shooting Wednesday night that left a man dead. According to authorities it happened aftter troopers confronted the man wielding a knife who wouldn’t obey commands then went after a trooper. The man died after being hospitalized.
