The State University of New York is looking for a new chancellor now that Dr. James Malatras has resigned following the disclosure of text messages where he mocked one of former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harrassment accusors. Malatras became chancellor in August 2020. His resignation is effective Jan, 14.
