2021 was a busy training year for the State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services’ Office of Counter Terrorism which conducted exercises in more than 600 locations. The training conducted in partnership with more than 75 law enforcement agencies centered on businesses that could be used in potential terrorist plots.
