SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley is named as interim SUNY Chancellor following the resignation of Dr. james Malatras over text messages connected to former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s sexual assault allegations. She is leaving her role at SUNY Oswego to take over on January 15.
