The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce gives Hartwick College its Distinguished Business of the Year award and The Village Printer won Small Business of the Year. OE Connect won Breakthrough Business of the Year and Five Star Subaru owner Ben Guenther received the Distinguished Citizen of the Year award.
